Office is attached to the back of Trinity West (Franciscan). Take rear hospital entrance off of 24th Street. Office is located just inside Building 2. 2570 - 24th Street, Suite 121, Rock Island. John Deere Road turns into Blackhawk Road in Rock Island. Take Blackhawk Road to the 17th - 24th Street light at the edge of Blackhawk State Park. Go North past Rock Island Fitness Center about one block. Road divides into 17th Street (Left) and 24th Street (Right). Keep right on 24th Street up a slight hill. Follow 24th Street past St. Pius Church and Jordan School. You will see a sign with an arrow to the hospital. Turn West at the 24th Street Trinity entrance. Park near building 2.
