At Medical Arts Associates, Ltd., we are dedicated to providing you and your family excellent medical care. We appreciate the trust you have placed in us in allowing us this opportunity to serve you. Medical Arts' provider staff consists of 16 physicians, 1 nurse midwife and 1 physician assistant. They have received specialized training in the areas of medicine in which they practice. In addition they often consult together on difficult cases, bringing a tremendous breadth of experience to each patient problem. The specialties Medical Arts provides service in are Allergy-Immunology, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Obstetrics-Gynecology, Oncology-Hematology and Dermatology Medicine. In addition Medical Arts has a walk in clinic for patients and the general public called the Convenient Care Clinic. A prime reason physicians join together in a multi-specialty group is to be able to offer a vast array of diagnostic services. To this end we offer in-house laboratory, x-ray, mammography, bone density, stress testing, EKG, sonogram, pulmonary function, infusion therapy, EMG, and holter monitoring. Insurance Information

We are committed to providing the highest quality medical care at reasonable cost. As a courtesy, our staff will file insurance claims at no charge. In many cases, we will be paid directly by insurance companies. Upon request, our office staff will talk with you prior to any medical treatment about estimated fees and payment options. Medical Arts' physicians are authorized providers for most insurance plans and are participating providers with Medicare. Although our staff is very knowledgeable in the areas of insurance contracts, the sheer number and variability precludes their knowing every answer. For information regarding your particular health plan, please call our insurance and billing specialists at (309)779-4200. If they are unsure of your coverage they may seek answers from your specific carrier or ask you to contact your plan office.
Office Locations

Medical Arts provides office services in two locations.
Our primary location is within the Trinity 7th Street Campus near the corner of John Deere Road and 7th Street, Moline. The office address is 600 John Deere Road. Our offices occupy a portion of the 1st floor and the entire 2nd floor of the four story medical office building.

Our Dr. Sanguino's office is located adjacent to Trinity Medical Center in Rock Island. The office address is 2570 24th Street, Suite 121, Rock Island. Follow the 24th Street entrance to Trinity Medical Center and the office will be to your left within Building 2.

Laboratory and radiology services for Medical Arts patients are located within our office suite on the second floor of the 7th Street Campus. Enter through the main entrance to Medical Arts on the second floor. Do not follow the Trinity signs to their various diagnostic departments.
