We are located within the UnityPoint Health Trinity 7th Street Campus near the corner of John Deere Road and 7th Street, Moline. The office address is 600 John Deere Road. Our offices occupy the entire 2nd floor and suite 404 of the four story medical office building.

Laboratory and radiology services for Medical Arts patients are located within our office suite on the second floor. Enter through the main entrance to Medical Arts on the second floor. Do not follow the Trinity signs to their various diagnostic departments.
